1. Food sciences and business management

  4 options:
     - Research and development
     - Production, food safety and environmental protection
     - Dairy sciences and processing
     - Agri-food marketing

2. Applied statistics - Data sciences

3. Agricultural economics

 
This cycle finishes with a 6-month internship in a company, technical institution or research centre, in France or abroad, based around an engineering project related to the chosen major. This placement is followed up by the defence of the thesis.
